I would like to note the level of service of the hotel staff. Of course the rooms are kept clean. Good breakfast and other conditions that a hotel of this level should meet. But first of all, we really liked the manager at the reception desk, Mr. Turgut. This is a person who not only provides a high level of service. Which is his job. However. he has good knowledge not only of interesting places in Istanbul or the nature of Turkey. He also has a serious understanding of politics. I had the pleasure of discussing the work of his namesake, President of Turkey, Mr. Turgut Ozal, in the 1980s. During this period, I worked at the Iskenderun Metallurgical Plant in the representative office of the Russian association Tyazhpromexport. Now I will recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for Russian travelers, since the central Bayrampasa bus station is nearby, from which buses go to Bulgaria, where they have their apartments.

Difficult to walk to due to rather dangerous road to cross so I took a taxi from the bus station. It is located very near the bus station but next to a very busy road flyover and train line, just ask for a quiet room as I did and you can overlook the back streets and mosque, which was very quiet. I was greeted warmly, taken to my room, had some fresh fruit delivered , everything, including the air con, was explained to me as well. The escalators were near my room and always available, the downstairs area/lounge/cafe is really smart and comfy. I ate in the restaurant, food was well priced and offered non meat options too. Room was very clean and modern, fridge and safe available, and there was a comfortable chair to sit in. Bathroom was a good size, yes, the shower has some mould around pipes and edges etc but this is hard to avoid in a humid climate. Water in shower was hot. Breakfast was good, a selection of Turkish foods, hot and cold, Turkish tea and also coffees. The staff on reception were very friendly and happy, as were restaurant staff. Breakfast staff should smile a little more! Perfect for a one night stay on way back to airport and there were transport links into the main city on the doorstep. When I waited for my taxi in the foyer, they even brought me tea to drink, so my final memory is that.

Everything was as described. Room was clean and bathroom as well. They clean everyday. Breakfast was good. Towels were available, staff was helpful. It's in a high traffic area but the noise isn't a big problem.. The metro station is really close ( less than 500 m ) and you're near the coaches station.

The best thing is the price, there are facilities like free swimming pool, sauna and Turkish sauna. Location is great both metro stations like Esenler and Terazidere are near. Stuff is so polite and ready to help and advice. Rooms are cleaned every morning, breakfast is amazing 🤩, in general we love it.

Location, walking distance to the center, use of the garden, transportation to different beaches by car, restaurants and cafes within walking distance, strong internet connection, The breakfast is excellent, suitable for every culture and very rich. The hotel and rooms are very clean. There is a gym and there is a lot of equipment, you can do your sports. The staff is very helpful, the hotel owners are very kind and caring. Everything was very nice, I recommend it.

The staff! 12 out of 10. Everyone is super friendly, proactive, ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Also the interior is nice and modern. A mini fridge in the room is a plus. There is a fitness&spa center in the property which is great.

It was a Great experience. Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our time. Good Hotel, best Service and special thanks for Özgur for managing all of our needs. He contacted us immediatly after booking, asked if he can something do for you and organized our Shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. It worked perfectly. Thank you Ozgür, the hotel and all the team from the Grand S Hotel

The location, close to the bus station was very handy. The breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the metro was good. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was a busy road outside the glazing is very good at noise reduction.

The staff are very welcoming..many thanks to Tugrut at the reception and Abdel Halim. The location is exvellent. The food is amazing too. The only concern is the cleaness which gas to be revisited on daily basis to meet the expectations.
